Losing it!

So, I like being skinny! Now, I am by no means FAT, but, I am not at my ideal weight for me. I have a few problems.. I love food, sugar an salt and those can be so bad when taken in excess and I love them in excess; sugar is the one thing I really struggle with.....I love everything SUPER SWEET. I used to love excercising, but, I have stopped now for a while and I just can't seem to get back into it, I'm going to try to do it though. I am trying to figure out what works and what doesn't. I am going to kick start my weightloss by doing the ever popular Master Cleanse for 40 days. I will use this blog to journal my progress and journal just about everything on my journe to fitting into my skinny jeans.
